Touch of Italy's owner, Bianca Moton, is a native from Trieste, Italy. Her mother, a Florence native, shared many family recipes while Bianca was growing up. The pure Italian cuisine from Tuscany mixed with a touch of Austrohungaric flavor coming from the mitteleuropean Trieste, makes Bianca's recipes unique in taste and flavor. A must try.
